Billing descriptor: What is it & where to find it
A billing descriptor is required to setup Ethoca and CDRN alerts.
A billing descriptor is the name that shows up on the charge within your customer's card statement.
Here's how to find your billing descriptor:
Shopify Payments

Go to Settings > Payments > Manage
Scroll all the way down. Your billing descriptor will be visible at the bottom.
Stripe
Go to Settings > Public details

Your statement descriptor will be visible here.
If you're not using Stripe or Shopify Payments, you may need to ask your processor for your descriptor or make a test purchase from yourself to view your descriptor.
